A laser generating system, a control system, an electromagnetic energy field device, an ultrasonic energy field device, a heating device, a forming cavity, an oxygen detection system and a multi-nozzle powder feeding device are included. The method is characterized in that the requirement of selective laser melting on powder is reduced by adopting multiple nozzles, so that the cost is reduced, the powder is preheated through a heating device, the existence time of a molten pool is prolonged, thermal stress in workpiece forming is eliminated, and an ultrasonic energy field device and an electromagnetic energy field device are started to act on the molten pool; and a molten pool can be spread and directionally flow, the particle rearrangement process is enhanced, and defects such as cracks and pores are eliminated.
