The multiple distributors are arranged above the conveying mechanism at intervals in the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism; the multiple stirrers are arranged above the conveying mechanism at intervals in the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism, and at least one distributing device is arranged between every two adjacent stirrers.
