Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for overcoming self-incompatibility reaction of cruciferous plants, and relates to the technical field of plant biology. The method comprises the following steps: treating stigma tissues of self-incompatible arabidopsis thaliana and Chinese cabbage by using an autophagy process inhibitor, namely, Woman penicillin, and then carrying out self-pollination on the treated stigma tissues, so as to finally obtain a selfing seed of a self-incompatible plant. The method disclosed by the invention has the following advantages and positive effects: (1) the self-incompatible arabidopsis thaliana and Chinese cabbage stigmas are treated by using an autophagy process inhibitor, i.e., the Woman penicillin for the first time, so that the self-incompatibility of the arabidopsis thaliana and the Chinese cabbage stigmas can be effectively overcome, and self-bred seeds are obtained; (2) the method adopts a single agent for treatment, is simple and convenient to operate and stable in effect, and do |
