Novel cell therapy system

The present invention relates to therapeutic agents, compositions, kits and methods of treatment comprising: (a) an immune cell or progenitor thereof expressing a receptor comprising an antigen recognition domain and a signaling domain wherein the antigen recognition domain binds to a tumor-specific antigen expressed on the surface of the cell, preferably a dysfunctional P2X7 receptor; and (b) a bridging molecule comprising: (i) a targeting moiety that binds to a cell surface molecule on a target cell; and (ii) a tumor-specific epitope moiety, preferably a dysfunctional P2X7 receptor epitope moiety, bound by an antigen recognition domain. 本发明涉及治疗剂、组合物、试剂盒和治疗方法，其包含：(a)免疫细胞或其祖先，其表达包含抗原识别域和信号传导域的受体，其中抗原识别域与细胞表面上表达的肿瘤特异性抗原，优选地功能失调P2X7受体结合；以及(b)桥联分子，该桥联分子包含：(i)与靶细胞上的细胞表面分子结合的靶向部分；以及(ii)由抗原识别域结合的肿瘤特异性表位部分，优选地功能失调P2X7受体表位部分。
