The circuit comprises a totem bridgeless power factor correction (PFC) circuit, a first element, a second element, a first voltage detection circuit and a control circuit, the totem bridgeless PFC circuit comprises a first power supply input end, a first output end and a grounded second output end, the first element is coupled between the first power supply input end and the first output end, and the second element is coupled between the second power supply input end and the second output end.
