The spring mechanism is installed inside an upper insulator and a lower insulator of the vacuum circuit breaker and between a vacuum tube moving contact and a transmission rod, and is matched with other components of the circuit breaker, so that reliable switching-on and switching-off of the vacuum circuit breaker are realized.
