Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure relates to a bitmask for syndrome decoding operations. A decoding operation is performed by changing at least one bit of a bit string from a first value to a second value and applying a bit mask to each bit of the bit string that is not changed from the first value to the second value. The decoding operations further include writing an indication to an array of memory cells corresponding to a number of bits that have been changed from the first value to the second value, wherein the indication corresponds to a number of errors included in the bit string; determining that the number of errors of the bit string has reached an error threshold number; and in response to determining that the number of errors of the bit string has reached the threshold number of errors, avoiding performing a subsequent operation to change at least one bit of the bit string, or a different bit of the bit string, or both, from the first value to the second value. 本公开涉及一种用于校正子解码操作的位掩码。通过将位串的至少一个位从第一值更改到第二值并且将位掩码
