Display driver and control method thereof

The invention provides a display driver and a control method thereof. The control method includes receiving address information and defining an integrated circuit address according to the address information. The integrated circuit address includes n bits representing k regions, and n and k are positive integers. The control method further includes receiving an integrated circuit address, a black frame data signal, and a pulse width modulation signal, and turning on or off a plurality of light emitting diodes in a corresponding region according to switching of bits in the black frame data signal.
