Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an all-day fine cloud detection device and an all-day fine cloud detection method, which are suitable for cloud amount monitoring of various automatic astronomical observation or space target observation stations. The device comprises a heating device, a transparent protective cover, a wide-angle optical lens, a shading assembly, a CCD visible light detector and an embedded control panel. According to the method, after a fixed star matching algorithm is used for calibrating a pointing model of a detection device, GPS information is used for autonomously judging whether the current moment is in the daytime or at night; selecting different algorithms to complete all-sky cloud detection according to a judgment result; and finally, the fine cloud amount corresponding to the pointing direction is given according to the pointing direction provided by other equipment.
