Cigarette type cigar punching quality detection method

A method for detecting punching quality in a cigarette type cigar cigarette is characterized in that image acquisition is performed on the cigar cigarette to be detected through industrial CT, a two-dimensional cigarette punching image is obtained by using a filtering back projection technology, and noise filtering processing is performed on the two-dimensional image to remove background noise in the image, so that the quality of the cigar cigarette to be detected is obtained. And obtaining a cigar three-dimensional reconstruction model through a three-dimensional reconstruction technology and an interpolation technology, wherein the model can reflect the distribution state of cigar holes. The method has the advantages that (1) compared with the existing method for manually distinguishing the punching depth of the cigar, the technology is mature, reliable, accurate and efficient; (2) the measurement result is real and reliable; and (3) the method is a nondestructive detection method, so that the loss in the d
