The system comprises: a data sensing layer, which is used for collecting data information; the data service layer is connected with the data sensing layer and is used for storing and processing the data information; and the data presentation layer is connected with the data service layer and is used for displaying a processing result of the data service layer on the data information. The technical problems that in the prior art, a ring main unit is difficult to control, and safety risks exist are solved. 本发明公开了一种环网柜运检作业管控系统。其中，该系统包括：数据感知层，上述数据感知层用于采集数据信息；数据服务层，与上述数据感知层连接，用于存储并处理上述数据信息；数据表现层，与上述数据服务层连接，用于展示上述数据服务层对上述数据信息的处理结果。本发明解决了现有技术中环网柜管控困难，存在安全风险的技术问题。
