The method comprises the following steps: obtaining temperatures of a rotor under different working conditions through a motor rotor temperature rise bench test; establishing a motor rotor temperature rise one-dimensional simulation model based on the three-dimensional structure of the motor, calibrating the motor rotor temperature rise one-dimensional simulation model according to the temperatures of the rotor under different working conditions, and determining variables influencing the temperature rise of the motor rotor; variable sample points are set according to the vehicle working conditions by combining the determined variables; based on the set sample points, the calibrated motor rotor temperature rise one-dimensional simulation model is adopted for simulation, and rotor temperature results of all the sample points are obtained; and predicting the rotor temperature by adopting a Kr |
