The method comprises the following steps: determining that transverse wave speed of a buried hill stratum has correlation with fracture density and fracture porosity; main control factors for calculating the fracture porosity based on array acoustic logging are analyzed, and the main control factors include the fracture density and the fracture porosity; obtaining the change rule of the shear wave velocity along with the research of the fracture density and the fracture porosity, introducing the equivalent shear wave velocity and the ratio of the fracture porosity to the fracture density, and establishing a formula for calculating the fracture density by using the equivalent shear wave velocity; and finally obtaining a calculation formula of the fracture porosity of the hundred-micron fractures by calibrating the fractures picked up by electrical imaging logging, and further determining
