Zusammenfassung: | According to the time-resolved fluorescence resonance energy transfer immunoassay detection light path, the control system and the method, exciting light emitted by the light source passes through the optical filter and then enters the spectroscope for light splitting, a small part of light irradiates the reference detector, the reference detector monitors the change of the output light power of the light source in real time, and a basis is provided for correction of subsequent results; most of exciting light irradiates the sample cup, a donor and a receptor emit fluorescence signals with specified wavelengths under the irradiation of the exciting light on an immune complex formed by a reagent and a sample in the sample cup, and the fluorescence signals are respectively measured by donor fluorescence PMT and receptor fluorescence PMT, so that the donor fluorescence signal and the receptor fluorescence signal are simultaneously measured under the action of one-time exciting light; and finally, selecting the ra |
