The working medium circulating pump, the working medium vaporizer, the generator set, the condenser and the working medium buffer tank are sequentially connected to form a working medium circulating loop, the flow adjusting device and the pressure adjusting device are arranged between the working medium circulating pump and the working medium vaporizer, and the liquid level control assembly is arranged on the working medium vaporizer. The flow adjusting device, the pressure adjusting device and the liquid level control assembly are in communication connection with the control unit.
