The method comprises the following steps: pre-mixing isopropanol and deionized water according to a ratio of (0.8-1.2): 1 to obtain a pre-mixed solution; stirring the premixed liquid; mixing the stirred premixed solution and acrylic resin according to a ratio of (9-10): 0.5 to obtain a finished product mixed solution; stirring the finished product mixed solution; sampling and detecting; and injecting the qualified mixed solution into a trough of a gravure carbon coating machine, connecting the foil on the carbon coating machine in a penetrating manner, starting the carbon coating machine, and rolling and cleaning the foil.
