Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a diaphorina citri ubiquitin ligase RNF115 gene, an encoded protein and an application of the diaphorina citri ubiquitin ligase RNF115 gene in prevention and control of Huanglongbing, and belongs to the technical field of functional genes. The diaphorina citri ubiquitin ligase RNF115 gene has a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2. The diaphorina citri is taken as a research object for the first time, the ubiquitin ligase RNF115 gene is identified and screened, the biological function of the ubiquitin ligase RNF115 gene is researched, the expression of the RNF115 gene is silenced by virtue of an RNA interference technology, the condition that the diaphorina citri is infected with the candidatus liberibacter asiaticum is detected, and the result shows that the silencing of the gene has a promoting effect on the infection of the candidatus liberibacter asiaticum; therefore, the silencing of the gene enables the number of pathogenic bacteria in the phylloxera to be obviously increa
