The recombinant vaccinia virus is obtained by inserting a TGF-beta RII gene segment into a thymidine kinase (TK) gene of a Lister vaccinia virus strain and inserting a GM-CSF gene into a vaccinia virus growth factor (VGF) gene, and the insertion enables the thymidine kinase (TK) gene and the vaccinia virus growth factor (VGF) gene to be inactivated.
