Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a low-noise and high-wear-resistance polymer elastomer composite material, and the type of a polyurethane elastomer is optimized by adjusting the types and dosages of low-molecular polyol, isocyanate, a modified filler, a chain extender and a cross-linking agent; and by introducing the piezoelectric filler and a high-voltage electric field polarization process, the frictional wear performance of the composite material is improved, and the friction noise is reduced. The tensile property of the elastomer composite material can reach 49.37 MPa, the elongation at break is 244.30%, the friction coefficient is 0.198, the wear rate is 0.088%, and the noise in the friction process can also be reduced by 6-8.5 dB.
本发明提供了一种低噪音高耐磨聚合物弹性体复合材料的制备方法,通过调节低分子多元醇、异氰酸酯、改性填料、扩链剂及交联剂的种类与用量,优选了聚氨酯弹性体的类型;通过引入压电填料和高压电场极化工艺,提升了复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,降低了摩擦噪音。弹性体复合材料的拉伸性能可达49.37MPa,断裂伸长率244.30%,摩擦系数为0.198,磨损率为0.088%,摩擦过程中的噪音也可降低6~8.5dB。 |
