The inner core of the precursor is nickel-cobalt-manganese hydroxide, the outer side of the inner core is of a multi-layer structure formed by lanthanum-aluminum-iron-chromium-magnesium-zinc hydroxide and nickel-cobalt-manganese hydroxide alternately, and the innermost layer and the outermost layer of the multi-layer structure are the lanthanum-aluminum-iron-chromium-magnesium-zinc hydroxide. In addition, the invention discloses a coprecipitation method preparation process of the precursor.
