Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene film composite material, which comprises the following steps: (1) a core film and two surface films are prepared by extrusion molding, the core film is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene layer, and the surface films are composite material layers compounded by UHMWPE, a low molecular weight polymer and a nano material; and (2) forming and extracting the two layers of surface layer films in sequence, then carrying out high-temperature stretching and mould pressing composite forming on the two layers of surface layer films and the core layer film, and finally, cooling and sizing to obtain the functionalized ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene composite film, namely a target product.
