Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an injection molding process and an injection molding device.The injection molding device comprises a supporting platform, a mold closing mechanism and an injection mechanism, and the mold closing mechanism and the injection mechanism are arranged on the supporting platform; the mold closing mechanism comprises a mold closing servo motor, a mold closing screw rod connected with a driving shaft of the mold closing servo motor, a mold closing movable plate connected with the mold closing screw rod and a mold closing head plate fixed on the supporting platform, and a mold rear plate and a mold front plate are respectively arranged on the opposite side surfaces of the mold closing movable plate and the mold closing head plate; the injection mechanism is arranged on the rear side of the mold closing head plate and used for injecting molten rubber into a mold cavity formed by mold closing of the mold rear plate and the mold front plate.
