Zusammenfassung: | The forged steel piston double-station drilling clamp comprises a fixed bottom plate, a rotary pressing oil cylinder is vertically installed in the middle of the fixed bottom plate, a piston rod of the rotary pressing oil cylinder is vertically upward, the end of the piston rod is vertically connected with a swing arm, and pressing discs are installed on the bottom faces of the two ends of the swing arm respectively. Piston molds located under the pressing disc are installed on the portions, on the two sides of the rotary pressing oil cylinder, of the fixed bottom plate through clamp bases correspondingly, fixing grooves are formed in the surfaces, right opposite to the bottom faces of the piston molds, of the clamp bases in a concave mode, and springs are vertically arranged in the fixing grooves. A positioning pull claw structure which is matched with the spring and can position the piston in the long-axis direction and the short-axis direction at the same time is installed in the piston clamping fixture.
