description | Embodiments of stents and related delivery systems for treating congenital cardiac defects are provided. Devices described herein are configured to be inserted into a vascular lumen to maintain patency of the catheter and balance flexibility and radial resistance for delivery through the microcatheter. The devices described herein are configured to transition from a curled configuration to an expanded configuration. In the curled configuration, the device has a curled diameter of less than about 0.7 mm. In the expanded configuration, the device is configured to have an expanded diameter of greater than about 3 mm measured at the body section. The devices described herein are configured to have a radial resistance of greater than about 0.20 N/mm at a compression of 1 mm in the expanded configuration. Various devices having these features are described herein.
