Arterial catheter and spacer catheter implants and related delivery systems and methods

Embodiments of stents and related delivery systems for treating congenital cardiac defects are provided. Devices described herein are configured to be inserted into a vascular lumen to maintain patency of the catheter and balance flexibility and radial resistance for delivery through the microcatheter. The devices described herein are configured to transition from a curled configuration to an expanded configuration. In the curled configuration, the device has a curled diameter of less than about 0.7 mm. In the expanded configuration, the device is configured to have an expanded diameter of greater than about 3 mm measured at the body section. The devices described herein are configured to have a radial resistance of greater than about 0.20 N/mm at a compression of 1 mm in the expanded configuration.
