Image-based pore number calculation and evaluation method

The invention discloses a method for calculating the number of pores and evaluating the pores based on an image. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a poultry pore image and carrying out de-noising processing on the poultry pore image; performing segmentation processing on the denoised poultry pore image based on a local adaptive threshold to obtain a plurality of segmented images; constructing a pore detection model and performing training, and performing pore detection on the plurality of segmented images based on the trained pore detection model to obtain the number of different pore types; and weighting the number of different pore types, and evaluating the poultry pore image based on a weighting result. According to the method, the weight is calculated in combination with the number of different types of pores, so that the pores are evaluated, the obtained pore evaluation parameters better conform to the visual feeling of human eyes, the overall condition of the roughness of the skin pore
