The invention relates to a method, a device and equipment for generating a virtual machine instruction set. The virtual machine instruction set generation method comprises the steps of obtaining a source code of an automatic driving scene description language; analyzing and processing source codes of the automatic driving scene description language to obtain a syntax tree; and generating a virtual machine instruction set from the syntax tree according to a preset instruction format of a virtual machine.
