The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first preset number of pre-stack seismic channel signals in a target horizon; importing the pre-stack seismic channel signal into a trained depth feature extraction model, and extracting at least three pieces of deep feature data in the pre-stack seismic channel signal; screening out at least two pieces of deep feature data meeting requirements from the at least three pieces of deep feature data, and merging the deep feature data to obtain merged deep feature data; and performing clustering analysis on the merged deep feature data to obtain a seismic facies structure prediction result of the target horizon.
