Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of pesticide detection, and discloses a method for detecting pesticide residues in food, pesticides are phenoxyacetic acid pesticides and pyridyloxyacetic acid pesticides, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing food to be detected with water and acetonitrile, and then mixing with sodium chloride to obtain a mixed solution; (2) centrifuging the mixed solution, carrying out nitrogen blowing drying on the supernate, then mixing with a sodium hydroxide solution, and then heating to obtain an extracting solution; (3) transferring the extracting solution into a solid-phase extraction column, firstly leaching with an acetonitrile aqueous solution, and then eluting with formic acid methanol to obtain a solution to be detected; and (4) measuring the liquid to be measured by using a liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer.
