Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a transmission wheel assembly and a photovoltaic cleaning robot. The transmission wheel assembly comprises a driving motor, a sweeping mechanism and a transmission device. The transmission device drives the cleaning mechanism to do reciprocating motion on the photovoltaic array, and the transmission device comprises a first transmission wheel assembly arranged at an upper opening of a purline and a second transmission wheel assembly arranged at a lower opening of the purline; the first transmission wheel assembly comprises a first installation seat with a compensation angle and a first transmission wheel, the second transmission wheel assembly comprises a second installation seat with a compensation angle and a second transmission wheel, and a traction piece is arranged between the first transmission wheel and the second transmission wheel in a sleeving mode and fixedly connected with the sweeping mechanism. The driving motor, the first transmission wheel assembly and the second transmi
