Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an isoeugenol monooxygenase mutant as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of fermentation engineering, the amino acid sequence of the mutant is as shown in SEQ ID NO.1, and the mutant has the following mutation sites: the 91st site, the 108th site and the 152nd site; the arginine at the 91st site is mutated into leucine, the aspartic acid at the 108th site is mutated into leucine, and the arginine at the 152nd site is mutated into methionine. The isoeugenol monooxygenase mutant which takes isoeugenol as a substrate and has high catalytic activity is obtained by site-directed mutagenesis of an isoeugenol monooxygenase gene sequence through a genetic engineering means. Compared with the isoeugenol monooxygenase mutant before mutation, the isoeugenol monooxygenase mutant has the advantages that the titer and the conversion efficiency are obviously improved, and the technical problems of low titer of isoeugenol monooxygenase for producing
