Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a biocontrol strain E16 and application thereof in prevention and treatment of aspergillus flavus, and belongs to the technical field of microorganisms. The biocontrol strain E16 disclosed by the invention is pichia pseudomonas, and is preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC), and the preservation number is CGMCC No.28246. The strain has a good inhibition effect on aspergillus flavus, bacterial suspension or fermentation supernate of the strain can remarkably reduce infection of the aspergillus flavus on peanut seeds in the storage period, and the storage period of peanuts is prolonged.
