Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a gram-positive bacterium, which has higher polyhydroxyalkanoate biosynthesis capability, is identified as bacillus cereus IBA1, and has the preservation number of CGMCC (China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center) No.23343. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the gram-positive bacterium. The bacillus cereus IBA1 can be applied to biosynthesis of the polyhydroxyalkanoate, the required carbon source is simple, the fermentation time is short, the biomass can reach 22.0 g/L or above, the recovery rate of the polyhydroxyalkanoate reaches 17.0 g/L or above, the utilization rate of the carbon source is 95% or above, and the product of the bacillus cereus IBA1 is prevented from being polluted by lipoglycan immunogen. Industrialized synthesis of polyhydroxyalkanoate by the strain is safe, effective and economical, and has a wide application prospect in the fields of environment and biomedicine.
