The monomer has the advantages of higher crosslinking density, ultralow surface energy, superhydrophobicity, better wear resistance, scratch resistance and better chemical stability, and is widely applied to the surfaces of optical films, plastics, glass and the like. 本发明公开一种多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体的制备方法,本发明采用羧酸开环的方式在支链引入仲羟基,通过与异氰酸根的反应,制备丙烯酸酯结构,主链再进行酯化反应引入氟元素,制备出多官全氟丙烯酸酯单体。该单体有较高的交联密度、超低的表面能、超疏水、较好的耐磨、耐刮擦性、较好的化学稳定性,在光学膜、塑料、玻璃等表面有较多的应用。
