The preparation method of the blue fluorescent carbon dots comprises the following steps: taking folic acid, cysteine and citric acid, uniformly mixing the folic acid, the cysteine and the citric acid in ultrapure water, carrying out a reaction by using a one-pot hydrothermal method, then filtering a product obtained by the reaction, collecting filtrate, and carrying out freeze drying to obtain the blue fluorescent carbon dots. The blue fluorescent carbon dot can emit single blue light, has high luminance, and has good application potential in bacterial imaging detection. 本发明公开了一种蓝色荧光碳点及其制备方法和应用。其中,蓝色荧光碳点制备方法,包括以下步骤:取叶酸、半胱氨酸和柠檬酸,在超纯水中混合均匀后,利用一锅水热法进行反应,然后对反应所得产物进行过滤,收集滤液,冷冻干燥后即制得蓝色荧光碳点。本发明的蓝色荧光碳点碳点能发出单一蓝光,且发光亮度较高,在细菌成像检测中具有很好的应用潜力。
