A reduction gear of a motor, a lower rotating cutter shaft and an upper rotating cutter shaft are respectively connected with a machine body, the motor is connected with one end of the lower rotating cutter shaft through a roller chain wheel and a roller chain, the other end of the lower rotating cutter shaft is connected with a driving gear, the driving gear is meshed with a driven gear, the driven gear is connected with one end of the upper rotating cutter shaft, and the upper rotating cutter shaft is connected with an upper cutter cylinder. The lower rotating cutter shaft is connected with a lower cutter cylinder, the lower cutter cylinder is connected with a lower blade, and the other end of the lower cutter cylinder is connected with the machine body through a bearing. The gypsum board passes through the middle of the upper rotating cutter shaft and the lower rotating cutter sha
