Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a flux-cored wire for repairing a brake disc of a yaw system of a wind turbine generator. The flux-cored wire comprises a steel sheet and a powder flux core, the powder flux core comprises, by mass, 18%-45% of ferrosilicon powder, 1.5%-4.6% of ferromanganese powder, 15%-40% of ferrotitanium powder, 19%-60% of nickel powder, 0.02%-0.15% of cerium oxide, 0.4%-1.5% of tungsten carbide and the balance iron powder. Compared with the prior art, the tungsten carbide is added into the flux-cored wire and matched with carbide formed in the welding process, the abrasion resistance of a stacking and covering layer can be effectively improved, the good abrasion resistance effect in the braking process is achieved especially for the actual use working condition of the brake disc of the yaw system, and the service life of the repaired brake disc is prolonged.
