A first connecting end of a reference current circuit is connected with a first connecting end of a P-type current detection-on-off control circuit, and a second connecting end of the reference current circuit is connected with a first connecting end of an N-type current detection-on-off control circuit; a first input end, a first output end and a second output end of the control circuit are formed on the P-type current detection-on-off control circuit, and a second input end, a third output end and a fourth output end of the control circuit are formed on the N-type current detection-on-off control circuit.
