The invention particularly relates to a method and a system for supporting simultaneous real-time replacement of multiple faces. The method comprises the following steps of: shunting video frame data of a single camera in a mode of caching the video frame data into a memory; a single face in each cache is recognized, face feature extraction and face feature point recognition are carried out, and target faces recognized in the caches are different; a single-person face changing engine is used for changing the recognized target face in each cache; and splicing the plurality of video frames after the face change of the single person to obtain a video frame after the face change of multiple persons, and transmitting the video frame to a conference system through a virtual camera to display a video stream of real-time face change. The face changing method supports simultaneous face changing of a multi-person fixed-position live broadcast scene, is good in real-time effect, is convenient to integrate with a third-p
