Neural network node signals of the previous layer are loaded to optical carriers containing a plurality of wavelengths through different modulators in the modulator array respectively, weighting matrix coefficient weighting of different carrier signals is achieved by adjusting micro-rings in the micro-ring weighting array, and cyclic routing distribution of different signals is achieved based on the cyclic array waveguide grating.
