The device comprises two swallow-tail-shaped clamping blocks 2, two clamping pieces 3, four bolts 4, two variable-angle fan-shaped discs 5 and two cylindrical fastening joints 6, wherein the two swallow-tail-shaped clamping blocks 2 are respectively adhered to the end surfaces of the two ends of a composite material test piece 1; the two clamping pieces 3 are respectively used for clamping the swallow-tail-shaped clamping blocks 2; the four bolts 4 are used for preventing the center line of a sample from deviating from a loading direction during a tensile test; the centering problem of samples with different thicknesses is solved through the bolts perpendicular to the samples on the fan-shaped disc, and it is guaranteed that the centers of the samples are located on the axial loading line.
