When the bridge floor is judged to be congested, on one hand, vehicle information at the congested moment is input into a bridge finite element model by combining a vehicle dynamic weighing system to calculate theoretical deflection and a strain value; and on the other hand, the dynamic deflection and dynamic strain value of the bridge at the congestion moment is obtained based on the bridge monitoring equipment.
