The high-temperature dynamic calibration device comprises a high-speed rotor system, a static displacement measurement system, a dynamic displacement measurement system and a heating system, the high-speed rotor system realizes dynamic simulation of an engine rotation environment. The static displacement measurement system provides a static standard clearance between the tip end face of the calibration disc blade and the end face of the calibrated tip clearance measurement sensor probe before the calibration disc rotates.
