The multi-oil-way hydraulic torque converter comprises a cover wheel, a cover vortex bearing, a turbine, a front guard ring, a guide wheel, a rear guard ring, a pump wheel and a pump guide bearing, the cover wheel, the front guard ring and the rear guard ring are provided with a cover wheel oil passing hole, a front guard ring oil passing groove and a rear guard ring oil passing groove respectively, the pump wheel, the turbine and the guide wheel each comprise an outer ring, an inner ring and blades, and the outer rings and the inner rings form flow channels. The pump wheel runner, the turbine runner and the guide wheel runner form a circulating circular runner of the hydraulic torque converter.
