Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a multi-element combined lightweight composite vibration reduction surface layer. The composite vibration reduction surface layer comprises a vibration reduction layer, an outer protection layer and a selectable layer; the outer protection layer is arranged on the vibration reduction layer, and a selectable layer is arranged between the vibration reduction layer and the structural working surface; when a vibration source generates vibration, vibration impact is firstly absorbed by the outer protection layer, and then vibration energy is buffered, absorbed and dispersed through the vibration reduction layer and the selectable layer, so that vibration impact noise is prevented from being transmitted to a structural working surface. Compared with the prior art, the composite vibration reduction surface layer has the advantages that the strength, the impact resistance and the vibration reduction performance can be considered, the service life is long, the maintenance cost is low, the comp
