The passivation solution comprises the following components: a silane organic film-forming agent, glycerol, sodium hexametaphosphate, PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), ammonium monoacetate, polyisocyanate and water; the molecular formula of the silane organic film-forming agent is [Si (OC3H7) 3] 2 [Si (OH) 2] 6; a preparation method of the passivation solution comprises the following steps: dissolving the silane organic film-forming agent in water; sequentially adding glycerol, sodium hexametaphosphate, PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), ammonium monoacetate and polyisocyanate, and finally adjusting the pH value to 3.5-5.0, so as to obtain the polyurethane adhesive.
