Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of bioengineering, and discloses a method and a system for promoting biomass accumulation of haematococcus pluvialis in a green algae stage by using hydrogen peroxide, and the method comprises the following steps: firstly, culturing a haematococcus pluvialis seed solution; and adding hydrogen peroxide into the column type photobioreactor to culture the haematococcus pluvialis. Finally, algae cells in the culture solution are collected, and the biomass of haematococcus pluvialis is detected. The culture mode of the haematococcus pluvialis is simple and effective, and when the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is 125 mu M, the biomass of the haematococcus pluvialis is improved by 38.74% compared with that of a single BG-11 group; by means of the culture method, the biomass of the haematococcus pluvialis in the green algae stage can be remarkably improved.
