Comprising the following steps: sorting and cleaning, squeezing, pretreating, adjusting components, activating yeast, inoculating and fermenting, obtaining raw wine and distilling. In the step of distillation, a Charonan secondary distillation method is adopted for distillation: the grape raw wine or a mixture of 94% of the grape raw wine and 6% of foreshot and after-run is distilled for the first time; and the second distillation is to distill the wine body obtained by the first distillation or 88% of the wine body obtained by the first distillation and 12% of the head-tail mixture. The grape distilled liquor prepared by taking Kyoho grapes, cane sugar and yeast as raw materials through fermentation and distillation retains unique fragrance of grapes, and is transparent in appearance and excellent in taste.
