The invention discloses a drilling method and a drilling device.The drilling method comprises the steps that a jig mechanism is adopted for carrying a product in an aligned mode, the product is provided with a to-be-drilled part penetrating through the product, the jig mechanism is provided with two first through holes and a second through hole located between the two first through holes, and the second through hole is used for being aligned with the to-be-drilled part of the product; a laser mechanism is started, and laser is emitted to irradiate and heat the side, facing the laser mechanism, of the to-be-drilled part through a second through hole of the jig mechanism; when it is monitored that the duration of the laser irradiating the to-be-drilled part is equal to the first preset duration, a drilling mechanism is started, and drilling operation is executed on the other side, back to the laser mechanism, of the to-be-drilled part till the to-be-drilled part is drilled through; and when it is monitored that
