Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an enameled wire paint removing processing device based on double lasers and double galvanometers. The enameled wire paint removing processing device comprises an upper electric Z shaft, an upper laser light path, an upper galvanometer, a lower electric Z shaft, a lower laser light path, a lower galvanometer, a microscope, an electric Y shaft, a clamp and two sets of lasers. The laser light path is installed on an electric Z shaft and can adjust the focal length position of laser along with lifting of the Z shaft, the upper galvanometer and the lower galvanometer are vertically opposite and coaxial, and insulating paint on the surface of an enameled wire is removed through high-speed scanning of the laser through the two galvanometers. The microscope is mounted on one side of the galvanometer; the clamp is located between the upper galvanometer and the lower galvanometer and installed on the electric Y-axis. Compared with a traditional manual paint scraping and chemical reagent corrosi |
